What To Expect At Your First Visit

The Pellegrini Orthodontics Team is committed to not only making your smile beautiful but to building a relationship with you and your family. We want to make your visits comfortable and enjoyable.We look forward to meeting you and we welcome you to our office. Once you’ve contacted us, you will be scheduled for a complimentary examination. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our scheduling and treatment coordinator and you will have the chance to tour our newly remodeled office. You will meet the orthodontist, Dr. Pellegrini, and have the opportunity to express any concerns that you may have. The orthodontist will examine your teeth and face, discuss the options for your treatment, and answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Pellegrini will estimate how long your treatment will take and explain the types of appliances that should be used. We understand that each patient is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. You are encouraged to ask questions of the orthodontist, and we provide ample time to answer your questions. We will also give you an estimate of the fees for your treatment, review any insurance benefits that you have, and present several possible payment options. The appointment is very easy, and there is no charge for this initial exam and consultation. We take the time to care and believe in informing and educating our patients, and the initial exam is the start of discovering the amazing possibilities available to you.

We make every effort to make visiting our office a fun and relaxing experience for patients and their families, rather than just a ‘visit to the orthodontist.’ We designed the office with your comfort and treatment efficiency in mind. Here is what you can expect:

• The first time you visit, you will have an opportunity to tour our newly remodeled office, meet the orthodontist and the staff and make yourself at home in our reception lounge.
• Relax with a cold beverage or a cup of gourmet coffee from our complimentary beverage bar.
• Choose from our great selection of magazines and reading material to keep you entertained.
  We added an internet cafe’ where you can relax and browse the web, check your e-mail or tackle some other tasks on one of the complimentary computers.
• You can also enjoy free Wifi internet services by bringing your laptop, netbook or portable device along and connecting to our wireless network.
• For the kids and teens, we added a gaming room equipped with Nintendo Wii gaming systems.
