When Your Referral Begins Treatment    50 Greenies

At each appointment, we will award you with your earned Greenies. You must treat your Greenies like cash. If you lose your Greenies, they cannot be replaced.

How To Redeem Your Greenies: Once you've collected enough Greenies to redeem for a prize, you must request a Greenie Deposit Slip from one the staff members at Pellegrini Orthodontics. Fill out your deposit slip and turn it in. At your next appointment, you may pick up your prize. But, remember you must also turn in your Greenies at that appointment, so don't forget to bring them with you!

The fine print

No Greenies will be given at an appointment to repair or replace a lost or broken appliance or repair loose or broken braces of any kind.

No Greenies will be given if you missed your last appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice.

We are not responsible for lost Greenies and unfortunately cannot replace them.
