Svetlana
Svetlana initially had a small upper jaw, a full cross-bite of the front and back teeth, and severe dental crowding. Notice how the upper teeth fit inside the lower teeth. Dr. Pellegrini treated Svetlana by widening the upper arch and just 20 months of braces. By widening the upper arch, Dr. Pellegrini was able to bring Svetlana’s teeth out of cross-bite and treat Svetlana without the removal or extraction of teeth. Note the fuller smile and facial changes that were achieved.

Zinnia
Zinnia first came to Dr. Pellegrini with very severe crowding and protruding front teeth. Because of the crowding, the canine teeth were forced to come into the sides and into a cross-bite relationship. Some of her front teeth were being worn excessively because of her improper occlusion, or ‘bite.’ Dr. Pellegrini treated Zinnia with fixed braces for 24 months. She loves her new smile and now has a much healthier bite.
-
Lance
Lance came to Dr. Pellegrini with 3 missing back teeth and crowded/protruding front teeth. Notice how much the upper teeth overlap the lower teeth in the ‘before’ photo and how much they change after treatment. Dr. Pellegrini was able to use the spaces from the missing teeth to resolve the crowding and reduce the protrusion, and avoid Lance having to have dental implants to replace the missing teeth. Dr. Pellegrini provided Lance with an even, balanced bite which is healthier, easier to clean that looks fantastic. Lance’s treatment time was 24 months, and he now has a much brighter, fuller smile.

Olga
Olga first came to the orthodontist complaining of the fact that she had to force herself to show her upper teeth when smiling, as shown in this photograph. She had blocked out teeth and a partial cross-bite. Dr. Pellegrini was able to transform her smile through 20 months of braces. Note the more relaxed, balanced and fuller smile and the positive facial changes that were achieved.
-
Jamie
Jamie came to the orthodontist with significant crowding. The canine teeth were completely blocked, and forced to come in on the sides because of the lack of space. In 22 months of braces, Dr. Pellegrini was able to give Jamie her fantastic new smile. Notice how Dr. Pellegrini was able to correct the position of and guide the canine teeth which are important for not only aesthetics but also function.
-
Tiarah
Tiarah started with a deep overbite (overlap) of the front teeth and excessive overjet. Dr. Pellegrini treated Tiarah with clear (ceramic) braces along with 'turbos' to help speed up her treatment. What a difference and only 11 months of braces!
-
Madison
Madison intially had a deep overbite, and an asymmetric (tilted/uneven) smile line. Dr. Pellegrini was able to create Madison's beautiful smile with 15 months of full braces. Note the improvement in the overbite and the even, symmetric smile. Madison is a competitive cheerleader and her smile is something to cheer about!
-
Jassmyn
Jassmyn came to the orthodontist with a complaint of crowding and proclination. Dr. Pellegrini was able to transform her smile through 23 months of full braces, without the removal of any teeth. Note the change in smile width and the great occlusion.
-
Gianna
Giana initially came to the orthodontist with a desire to correct her upper and lower crowding, rotations and excessive overbite. She was treated in 16 months of fixed braces at Pellegrini Orthodontics and finished with excellent occlusion.
-
Davis

-
Chad
Chad initially presented with a chief complaint of crowding, a narrow palate and an anterior and posterior crossbite. He also had high, blockedout canines and an open bite. He was treated without the removal of teeth, with fixed braces for approximately 2 years, and finished with excellent occlusion. Note the improvement in the smile width, the resolution of the crowding and the overall improvement in his occlusion and smile aesthetics.
-

-
Hannah
Hannah initially presented with a chief complaint of crowding, a narrow palate and a crossbite of the left lateral incisor. She was treated with fixed appliances in approximately 23 months. Note the increased smile widthand the correction of the crossbite, both corrected with braces alone.
-
Mika
Mika initially presented with a chief concern of crowding, overjet and asymmetry. (Note the midline deviation with a left side full class II relationship.) She was treated with fixed appliances in approximately 24 months. She finished with excellent occlusion, with a full correction of the class II and with idealized occlusion and improved overjet. Early attrition is evident due to bruxism, and nightly-worn overlay retainers have been recommended.
-
Breana
Breana initially presented with a chief complaint of crowding, overjet and overbite, and protrusion of her front teeth. She also had lip strain to acheive closure. She was treated with upper first premolar extractions and fixed braces for approximately 23 months and finished with excellent occlusion. This treatment plan enabled a reduction in the overjet and overbite and the resultant reduction in protrusion also led to a closed resting lip position without strain.
-
Dereck
Dereck initially presented as a class II, subdivision right malocclusion with an impacted upper left canine and midline deviation. He was treated with full fixed braces, and by creating ample space for the impacted tooth, we were able to bring the canine into the arch. He was treated in approximately 2 years and finished with excellent occlusion, with full correction of the class II and coincident midlines.
-
Ngoc
Ngoc initially presented with the chief complaints of crowding and a blocked-out, protruding central incisor. He was missing a lower central incisor and started with a class III subdivision left malocclusion. His third molars were blocked-out and partially impacted and were removed prior to beginning orthodontic treatment. He was treated orthodontically with fixed braces in approximately 2 years without the removal of teeth, and finished with excellent results and occlusion.
-
Angela
Angela initially presented with a chief complaint of spacing, rotations and flared upper front teeth. She was treated with fixed braces in approximately 20 months and finished with excellent occlusion. A fixed upper retainer was bonded to help prevent the pretreatment space from returning. Removable overlay retainers have also been recommended to further prevent relapse.
-
Chikage
Chikage initially presented with the chief complaints of severe upper crowding and a crossbite of her upper right lateral incisor (#7). She was treated with the removal of two upper first premolars and fixed braces for approximately 30 months, and finished with excellent occlusion. Note the correction of the crossbite, the resolution of the crowding and the overall improvement in her smile width and alignment.
-
Eric
Eric initially presented with the chief complaints of overjet, overbite and rotations. He began with a Class II dental and skeletal relationship, and underwent comprehensive treatment with a functional appliance (twin block therapy) for class II correction/growth modification, followed by full fixed appliances. He was treated non-extraction in approximately 2 years and finished with excellent occlusion.
-
Liliya
Liliya initially presented with the chief complaints of crowding and rotated teeth, an anterior open bite, and a crossbite of the left first premolars. She was treated with full fixed braces in approximately 18 months and finished with excellent aesthetics and occlusion. Upper and lower fixed bonded retainers were placed to help prevent relapse.

The lower first primary molar was maintained. Jamie was treated in approximately 40 months and finished with excellent occlusion and excellent esthetic results.
-
Morgan
Morgan initially presented with the chief concern of an underbite, a full anterior crossbite with a class III malocclusion. She was treated with fixed braces and intermaxillary elastics/class III mechanics (as well as lower anterior lingual bite turbos) to aid in crossbite correction in approximately two years and finished with a much improved occlusion and excellent aesthetic results. While it is possible that a continued class III growth pattern may continue, very successful treatment, without surgical intervention was achieved. Close follow-up and observation has been recommended given the significant changes
-
Nate
Nate initially presented with the chief concerns of excessive overbite and overjet and upper anterior spacing. He was treated with fixed braces along with fixed 'bite turbos’ placed on the lingual surface of the upper incisors to help correct the overbite and also to aid in avoiding lower bracket impingement. His treatment time was approximately two years and he finished with excellent occlusion and excellent aesthetic results.
-
Jacob
Jacob initially presented with the chief concerns of crowding, with an ectopically erupting right maxillary canine, and supernumerary maxillary lateral incisors. The treatment plan involved fixed braces, the removal of the palaltally positioned supernumeraries, and the goal to transpose the right maxillary canine and lateral incisor (through distalization of the lateral thus allowing the auto eruption of the canine in the mesial position). He was treated in approximately 4 years, and finished with excellent occlusion and very good esthetic results. Some composite bonding of the lateral incisors as well as some reshaping of the canine in the lateral position was performed to enhance the esthetic outcome.
