If you've heard us say it once, we've said it a million times....BRUSH YOUR TEETH! Not only is great oral hygiene a must for a healthy mouth, it also plays a key role in keeping your heart healthy.
Dr. Oz recently appeared on Good Morning America bringing along his tips to healthy teeth. Check out the video below:
More tips from Dr. Oz:
Brush your teeth for a full two minutes every day.
Be careful not to brush too hard, and pick a soft-bristled brush with tapered tips.
Make sure your toothpaste does not contain triclosan or sodium lauryl sulfate as ingredients.
Reach for a natural mouthwash that is both alcohol- and sugar-free.
Chewing sugarless gum and mints is a great way to help protect your teeth against enamel decay, but make sure what you chew is sugarless in order to prevent tooth decay.
Congratulations Julianne Luka for winning the August Back to School Contest. Your guess was right on and earned you a $50 Gift Card for Back to School supplies.
